What I offer

Sessions are centred around ASMR-style light touch therapy using my hands and various textured tools to create a deeply relaxing experience. I decided to create a space to deliver light touch therapy because I couldn’t find it on the Sunshine Coast. Here, there is no pressure to push through discomfort or “get results.” I provide the conditions for your system to soften, unwind and shift naturally. You may opt for reiki energy work as part of your appointment during the booking process.
